I'm pretty sure even the most correct set of assumptions will help exactly
nothing when it has never been tried beyond armchair musings. That we had
enough of, and it is at the core of the inability of this project to make
tangible progress beyond window dressing. What is needed is some profound
research into the issue, thats legal, quantitative, and a suggestion for 80/20
decisions - focused work, period. That's all that is to it.

Value judgments as per above are an excellent method to turn off any
initiative, and on the issue at hand just alike - provided one takes them at
face value. What's the implication - there might be more than one problem
around the corner so you're an idiot to even start?

What do we gain from such sniping, and what is the value you bring to the table
by such a statement? I dont see much of either.

Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 positioned as A LEADER in The Forrester
Wave(TM): Endpoint Security, Q1 2013 and "remains a good choice" in the
endpoint security space. For insight on selecting the right partner to
tackle endpoint security challenges, access the full report.
