Andy thanks for brining this up again.

I agree we should add this patch.
I agree it should use an INI switch.
If it's included then there is traction to fix the few short comings to it.
If you are using a lathe this is really how the tool table should work.
And it's not 'ACTUALLY_A_LITTLE_BIT_FANUC'
it's actually a little bit lathe style. Fanuc is not the only one who does
tool changes for a lathe this way.

So who's gonna add it?
