I don't think so. You need both JA3/JA4 and the universal build stuff (so it works with the Xenomai RTOS). Michael has a branch with both of these: https://github.com/mhaberler/linuxcnc/tree/keyboard-jog-while-pause-joints-axes4-ubc3 ..but he advised me a couple days ago not to use it. Based on the commit log, it looks like it needs updating (nothing changed since early November).
