there are still two issues to be fixed in the keyboard jog while paused code 
ontop of ja4 (which I can do, but I rather have a more stable base)

the major reason though was that would like to carry forward work only which 
makes it into master, and that is unclear as of now - I dont see anybody 
working on the jogwheel code work item, and that would impact jog-while-paused 
too, so going ahead with this is a bit too many balls in the air for now
