OK. I think I found a winner...

According to: http://eerielinux.wordpress.com/tag/operating-system/

it looks decent. So I started poking around and found
http://pyfltk.sourceforge.net/ and http://www.fltk.org/index.php. It is
hard to say without delving into it, but one of the apps has a nice
gallery: http://www.torapp.info/en/s/gallery.html

Checking on my system, it looks there are over 50 packages available
that can use FLTK. If someone has the time to track this down and play
with it, please let me know.
