It would be helpful if you could identify the exact error message and enough information to repeat the error: the corners of the quad, the tool diameter, etc (e.g., qpocket parameters 1 thru 24) I was able to use quad corner values that resulted in this error: "Tool radius not less than arc radius with comp" This one may relate to a calculation roundoff error -- I increased tdelta from .00001 to .0001 and the case ran.
