Actually I did forward-merge ja4 into ubc3 to see how that fares, but I do
not recommend using the result - I stopped working on this since ja4 was
dropped from 2.6, and key items are missing, like world mode wheel jogging
and corresponding support in the UI(s) - this does not only affect motion
and configs, and it wont be fixed by testcases and documentation only.

IMO ja4 is not in a mergeable shape, and I dont see anybody working it
systematically to reach that state. The last commit was before Christmas.

so either somebody takes on this work item, and delivers on ja4 and all
related changes or it wont happen - there is no point in forward-merging
half-baked development branches
