Bugs are usually closed by the folks who fix it, after consultation and verification from the original reporter. But sometimes we forget :-/ We dont often use the Owner field, i wouldn't worry too much about that. If you look through the bug list and find open bugs that you think are fixed, please let us know! (Like you did with #330.)
