I wasn't able to but google came to my rescue and I finally found them in downloadable form at <http://sourceforge.net/p/emc/mailman/emc- developers/thread/4D98D679.3020308%40fastmail.co.uk/#msg27302973> This included the spindle.h file, but its a separate click.
