I agree. Jog speed and feed override should not be related.
I didn't realize this was an issue/problem... yet.. But I'm sure I would have found it eventually. :-/ IMO any return to position after jogging away, if a jog while pause is done, is an entirely separate situation that should be addressed when the jog while paused is implemented.
