I'm playing with configure options, especially  --with-module-dir and 
--with-kernel-headers

originally there was --with-module-dir=/usr/lib/linuxcnc/rtai/ 
--with-kernel-headers=/usr/src/linux/

and I changed to --with-module-dir=/lib/modules/3.16.0-rtai/rtai/ 
--with-kernel-headers=/usr/src/linux/

but no way to find that header
