years ago I was experimenting with dynamically over-loadable parsers. The project was written using Spirit++ (a yacc/lex replacement in C++ templates that read like EBNF). At that time I was not focus on different language interpreters, but on different interpretations of the G-codes. It would work to dynamically replace the entire interpreter if you wanted however. I gave the bones to a couple of folks to play with, but I do not think anything came of it.
