Hallo Gene,

I do not see any serious errors in the log. Most output are only
informations. The two Gtk messages are created due to a race conflict
within Gtk. I did not find a solution for that, but a reliable work
around, so please ignore both, internally everything is handled correctly.

You hardware keyboard should work out of the box! As you have not
installed a virtual keyboard, you will not have a on screen keyboard
integrated within gmoccapy. This is very handy on a touch screen, if you
do work with mouse an keyboard don't care, you are fine.

You do not need the virtual keyboard. to work with gmoccapy, Just check
on the settings page (left buttons, the 6. button from the top), code is
"123", go tothe hardware tab, and check if "use keyboard shortcuts" is
checked, if not you will not be able to jog with the arrow keys. (thats
also why you get outputs on the terminal if you are in MDI.

To load a file, just
click the top left button (Estop)
click left button 2 (machine on)
click the bottom button 1 (most left) (home)
click the botton button 2 (home all)
--- DRO should become green ---
click on left button 5 (Auto mode)
click on botton button 1 (load file)
--- select the file you want to load (botton button has changed ;-) ---
The "enter" button is the sixt one from the right.

to run the file press play ;-)

Have you noticed, that each button in gmoccapy has tool tips?
And I made some videos to explain some stuff of gmoccay, Just look for
nieson gmoccapy to find my channel. The documentation has links to the
videos included.

Regards Norbert and welcome to gmoccapy
You did also ask in a previous post, that you did not find the "load
File button"
