I've noticed that, so I have only installed on fresh disks, and with 
SSD's plenty big enough for lcnc under 50 bucks, its not been a big drag 
here. Considerable faster, they can sure rejuvenate some old hardware.

Ouch.  IMExperience LVM has been a case of Alfreds Finest with a fuse 
length of hours, Then it destroys all. But that was back in my fedora 
days when analog tv was king yet.  I got tired of being a lab rat for 
red hats bad dreams.
