I consider the "CNC" menu to be excessively cluttered. It has links to the PDF docs in all languages, the HTML "G-code quick-start" in English, French (out of date) and Vietnamese (no idea about currency) as well as the main app. the wizards and the latency test.
Personally I find the HTML docs more useful than the PDF docs. The French docs are very out of date, the Spanish docs are hardly in Spanish at all. The Chinese docs are not there yet, but will just complicate things more. I know it goes against Debian UI guidelines, but I think I would prefer something like CNC LinuxCNC Latency Test pncconf stepconf Documentation English gcodereference Getting Started Reference French gcodereference Getting Started Reference Spanish gcodereference Getting Started Reference Chinese gcodereference Getting Started Or, do we just ditch the French and Spanish translations? They are so out of date as to be unhelpful. -- atp "A motorcycle is a bicycle with a pandemonium attachment and is designed for the especial use of mechanical geniuses, daredevils and lunatics." — George Fitch, Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, 1912 _______________________________________________ Emc-developers mailing list Emc-developers@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-developers
