I don't think, that dropping multilingual docs is a good decision.
But it can't be the responsability of Andy to keep the docs uptodate!
If a language has no translater support, then it probabely may be dropped.
Not sure, if dropping is the right decision.
May be its better to add a note like this:
"there's no active translater for this language, so docs are out of
date.
Please refer to english docs for actual docs.
If you like to have docs in your language, don't hesitate to jump in and
work on it ..."
