If Linuxcnc is seriously committing to deploy the project using the Debian
repositories
the Linuxcnc release schedule is set for us now by the Debian release
schedule.
New versions should be released just prior to the Debian freeze pending a
new release.
I think that's about every 2 years.
That means now for Debian Bookworm.

This also should simplify the release as there will be no reason to waste
resources on building ISO's anymore.
eg. 2.8 should be the last ISO released.
