This is still an outstanding issue. The original reporter is adamant that cycles should support both radius and diameter mode (and insists that other controllers do this). I don't think that diameter mode has any meaning in the context of a canned cycle. I think that the best (and "least surprise") solution is to reject canned cycles in diameter mode. This removes all ambiguity.
