I'm in the same boat as you. I have the A3-1995 document but I do not know
if they have it bound into the standard yet. If I were pursuing it here are
some possible sources:
1 - NEMKO usually has the latest English standards and is good to make them
available to their customers.
2 - The Office of the European Union in New York (United Nations Office (212)-
(212)-371-3804) or in Washington, DC. can usually get standards for you
before they are available through ANSI (212)-642-4900.
3 - CENELEC can provide these documents for you.
