I'm not familiar with PTT-attachable equipment.  However, here are some
general comments re CE marking.  CE marking implies that marked goods
conform to all applicable EU Directives.  For most ITE, this means the EMC 
and Low Voltage Directives.  The simplest method is for the manufacturer
to test to, and issue Declaration of Conformity to stated harmonized EMC and 
safety standards.  Other methods are testing by "competent bodies" or by  
technical construction files (TCF).

I believe there are additional Directives for PTT attach equipment, but am not 
familiar with these.
