Of course it is a waste of time, but that is not the fault of those who sent the contributions, but of those who wrote the standard and failed to clarify this point. So, in which amendmend will the power level (VA) replaced by the definition of an energy level (J). Anyway, I am still not clear about, what the danger induced by this energy (power) level is. And why the test finger is the measure --- is it realy the ring on a finger that could melt?
