Concerning EMC requirements on used products:

This week there was a meeting at the Commission to work on a new Draft
"Guidelines on the application of the EMC directive". I have seen the draft
text last week. It is too early to have already some feedback from this meeting.

But from the draft text I could see that this new DOC will contain a chapter
regarding used equipment. Hopefully we will get a clarification there from
the Commision itself.
