I would recommend that you use the IEC-68-2 Environmental Test Standards.
This series of standards covers everything from temperature and humidity, to
shock and vibration.  Typically, the issues of operating and storage are
addressed in these standards as heat-producing and non-heat-producing.

IEC-68-2-1, IEC-68-2-2, and IEC-68-3 cover most of the temperature and
humidity requirements.  IEC-68-2-6 and IEC-68-2-27 cover sinusoidal
vibration and shock.
