discussing in detail the requirements for intentional
radiators in the US and Europe. Unfortunately, mention of
Japanese standards is limited to two short and uninformative
comparisons. The article may be found on page A165 of the
publication.

Looking for international (European and Japanese) requirements for low
power intentional radiators. What are the power levels and
frequencies that require type testing? If I have a low power local
source am I exempt from national requirements?
