One of the companies that I thought might be helpful is TUV Product Service. I have sent email to [email protected] (last week) and called the 1-800-TUV-0123 (answering machine). So far there has been no response at all. If there is anyone on this list that knows how to contact a living, breathing person at TUV, I would be most grateful for the help.
