our supportive clients. 

First, allow me to apologize on behalf of TUV Product Service staff members 
for our delay in responding to your request. We are in the midst of a great 
deal of change and at times, it overwhelms our systems. We keep scaling them 
up as a result. 

Second, your experience has initiated a Corrective Action loop for our Toll 
Free and Internet Gateway E-mail coverage. We left ourselves open to your 
justified criticism.
