Eric, The US Department of Commerce has an automated "NAFTA Facts" telephone number. Basically, using the telephone keypad, you listen to a menu of documents offered, select the ones you want, give your fax number, and they are automatically transmitted to you.
The telephone number is either (800) 872-8723 or (202) 482-4464. They have alot of info. I have used it before.
