Under separate cover a report from the last TSSC meeting (TSSC= the Telecommunications Standards Subcommittee). The report refers to the CCT, which is the Consultative Committee Telecommunications.
The CCT is a trinational private sector organization, trying to implement the provision of chapter 13 of the NAFTA. If there is a NAFTA certificate, it has nothing to do with equipment approval. I have no idea what an HS is. All this in spite of having been involved with the CCT from before the time the US signed off on the NAFTA.
