Perhaps this is a very good time to remind all and sundry that most of the Directives have been modified at one time or another by other Directives. To the best of my knowledge, one is expected to cut out relevant parts of new Directives and glue them into the old Directives. I know of one commercial service that does this for you, on a subscription basis, for selective Directives. Do not think that because you have the Directive in your hot little hand, you have the latest version of the Directive. Regards, Vic
