As already stated, the Australian Spectrum Management Agency's web page has most of the information you require for Australia under EMC Framework. http://www.sma.gov.au. While the SMA in Australia and the Department of Commerce in New Zealand both use the C-Tick mark, the rules for using the mark are currently different. There are moves to align the requirements but this is likely to take a couple of years. The one important point in both countries is that the responsibility for placing the mark on the equipment and meeting the other requirements must be accepted by the importer or local manufacturer of the product in the country of sale.
