I have run into the same situation with wall mount transformers that were GS marked, even the EN60950 report on the transformer had a picture of the label without the input current rating. The ironic situation was a different office of the same agency issuing the GS mark to the transformer would not issue a GS mark to our product that utilized the transformer until the marking was corrected on the transformer.
