Hello Juan,

My first thoughts are;  Check with the owners of the private marks
(TUV-Rh, VDE, as mentioned) to be certain these products are truly
Licensed and are not fraudulent in their usage of these marks. 

If you verify that the Licenses are valid, then ask the test labs, whose
marks appear on the products, why the markings are not as called for in EN
60950.

If you learn that the markings are fraudulent, you have your answer.
