In my opinion the generic standard EN 55011 for scientific equipment is the correct one (emissions).Right the generic standard for for immunity EN 50082-1 (not the EN 50082-2 for industrial environment!) but attention to the EN 50104 immunity standard (if it's used in domestic environment).
