I went to the BCIQ web site and poked around. I saved each of the web pages
into files and combined them into three files. These are presently all text but
in MS Word 6.0 format. If anyone want to see these, please send me an email and
I will return them to you as attachments. There is no formatting and no images
in these files. If you want these as pure ascii text, let me know and I will
re-save them that way.
