When does EN61326 take affect?

     Several days ago Eric Lifsey mentioned IEC 61326 becoming EN 61326.
     
     Thanks to Eric for transcribing the scope and putting it here.
     
     Does anyone know when it becomes 'official.'  I have a product ready 
     to test by early next year.  It seems to fit the scope of 61326 so I'm 
     very curious about it's starting date.
