http://www.vcci.or.jp/vcci/vccie/report_e/ve440902.html. Unfortunately
neither tell you that the dialect of Chinese that your user's guides
need to be translated into is Mandarin and that the translation of
user's guides is only required on Class B devices. Hope this helps!
