A class C does not exist in the Unintentional Radiator FCC Rules.  However
if you are a license-exempt low power transmitter, then the rules under
SUBPART C of 47 CFR Part 15 apply to your product.  If the specification
is REAL OLD, they could also be applying the pre-1989 Subpart C rules for
receivers which actually are grandfathered until 1999.
