Dear Tony, All Devices connecting to the Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) needs to be tested to FCC Part 68 before it can be sold in the US. This would be similar to the testing that I expect you would have tested to, for the "crossed hockey stick mark" for Europe.
The US requirements that you met under Part 15 and UL1950 should be enough for EMC and Safety.
