But as far as I've heard, from my digging around, the date is very tentative for full effect of the MRA (the soonest estimate that I've heard has been 2000). On another note, but on the same subject, there is an upcoming CTE Directive that is supposed to allow for a more liberallized procedure for telecom devices.
