Neil, Unless your customer is a public utility or the US govt (see Rule paragraph 2.807, Statutory Exceptions), it looks like you will need to pursue Part 15 certification for your wireless modem - unless it has been certified previously; you may be able to ride your product as a permissive change on the original filing.
