To All, I have received an English translation of Resolution 92/98. It was provided by Jacob (Jack) Z. Schanker, P.E. He used a software package called Globalink Power Translator to translate the document. I must caution you that it is readable, but there are some funnies and you will have to do your own interpretation. I am sending it to each of the individuals that requested the zip file. If you don't get it and want it, send me a direct request for the sort-of-English version. It is in Word 6.0/95 format.
