Many thanks to all who answered my first query regarding the above as mentioned in the latest emc guidelines.
The reason I raised the question was that I had seen somewhere and I thought it was in this group. That due to a number of reasons but mainly the controversy over CE+CE= CE matter. That the guidelines had been withdrawn for further revision.
