Hi all, I've got HP analyzer 8558B ( 0.1 - 1500 MHz ) in a 182T mainframe. Does anyone know if there is a higher freq. version available for the same 182T frame. I recall that there was a 8559A but did that one fit ?. If you know where I can get the higer freq. version please let me know. Thank you kindly.
