Greetings, Does anyone have experience with the protective coating test in EN61131-2 clause 6.3.5.5.7 it notes that alternative tests are under consideration, has anyone heard of any other tests? It also references subclause 4.3.3.1.2 which contains a note stating "No test is required if the manufacturer provides evidence that the protective coating has been tested according to either the test given in 6.3.5.5.7 or an equivalent acceptable independent laboratory test. What is the definition of equivalent acceptable test? hmmm....
