I am bidding next week on an anechoic chamber in excellent condition. SPS moved this enclosure last year and recertified it to 100dB at 1Ghz. The RF shield shell is 12' wide by 34' long by 12' high. There is an internal RF partition creating a small control room (6' long x 12' wide x 12' high). Net chamber size is 12'x 28'x 12' high. Absorber size in chamber is combination of 8" , 12" , & 24" pyramidal. A free space VSWR anechoic test of the completed chamber was performed last year at 1 GHz through 40 GHz. There may be ancillary equipment such as a positioner and rate table also available as part of the package. Other chambers of various sizes may also be available.
The current plan is for SPS to buy the enclosure, dismantle it shortly thereafter and hopefully move it quickly to a new home.
