If we're talking about EN 61326-1:1997 (not EN 61236) then I have not seen any confirmation that it has been published in the OJ, but I'd be happy to hear that it is. (Well - as happy as I could be given I already have too much testing to do.)
BS EN 61326-1:1997 was published by BSI on 15 November 1997, and says it was approved by CENELEC on 11 March 1997. I suppose that, if the Commission was in the right mood, they could have published it in the OJ about a month later. My understanding is that it takes six to nine months to go from EN to OJ. If a standard called EN 61236 does exist, what is it? What is it for?
