Kevin, There was a list in the 1997 Compliance Engineering Reference that covered Europe. I had worked out one for a number of other requirements for radio services Worldwide and have them filed away in my office so I will look through these and let you know what I find. I also found some on Internet that covered parts of this requirement but I could never find an all in one list.
