Hi,

In general, the answer is no.  You need to look at IEC 60601-1-1 for Medical
Electrical Systems, Annex BBB.  In particular the Table in BBB.7 and Figure
BBB.201.

Depending on the solution you chose, you will have to either add an
additional protective ground, extra isolating transformer, floating power
supply, or separation.  You will also have to keep the total enclosure
leakage current to less than 500 micro amps.
