The Armed Forces Communications-Electronics Association ( a
non-profit organization) has just announced 3 new courses for the buyers,
builders, and testers of shielded rooms. See:

Unlike many AFCEA courses, this one is UNCLASSIFIED, and is open to all.
The instructor, who is not paid to teach it, is very knowledgeable,
outgoing, personable, and an all-around great guy.
