I recently reviewed a draft amendment to IEC 61000-3-3 Limits for
voltage fluctuations (equipment input current < or = to 16A).
In that amendment it referenced IEC 61000-3-11 (77A/249/CDV) which is
applicable to equipment with rated input current < or = 75A and
subject to conditional connection. Conditional connection is defined
as "The connection of equipment which requires the user's supply at
the interface point to have an impedance Zref in order that the
equipment emissions comply with the limits..."
Can any member in the group provide me with a copy of that Committee
Draft or provide some insight into it's contents.
